Objectives: With increasing demand for medical cosmetics, starting from scraps and with limited data, I gave this Medical Spa its own visual enhancement. I researched the market, interviewed clients and employees and gathered pain points to design an aesthetic that aligned with business objectives and user goals. My contributions included a brand style guide and all major digital and print branding assets, including: name, logo, slogan, typography, storefront signs, promotional materials, ad campaigns, banners, and many more. I went on to redesign the website, improving user experience and increasing conversion rates by 16%.
